Our process begins with a discussion of your goals, concerns, and weekly movement/exercise habits. When you hate exercise or crowded gyms, the privacy along with the acquired results will bring you hope for a lifetime of less pain, better balance, and more confidence. STRONG in 15 is a semi-private studio where a maximum of 2 people are on a Medical Robot at any one time.

Meet with a trainer

Regardless of your fitness level, your trainer will design a plan that fits your health and fitness goals. You will meet with your trainer at least once a week as you encounter on-going challenges and adjustments are made just for you.

Recover and regenerate

Your strength training sessions will be challenging, but NOT dangerous. It’s important to get plenty of rest afterwards. During this rest period, your muscle and bone regenerates.

How Strong in
15 Works

Contrary to popular belief, exercise doesn’t have to be time consuming to generate positive results. STRENGTH training with no impact completed in 15 minutes with at least 48 hours for recovery works the best. We combine Medical Robot training with home-based body-weight movement to gain full range of motion. This movement promotes muscle and bone transformation with excessive fat loss.
